“ Mount Rinjani is a prime destination for climbers seeking to conquer the 3,726-meter peak, view the magnificent Segara Anak Lake inside the caldera, and experience one of Southeast Asia's most spectacular sunrise views from the Crater Rim.”

Mount Rinjani, or Gunung Rinjani, stands at 3,726 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest peaks in Indonesia. Located in the center of Lombok Island, the journey up the mountain is a multi-day, overnight trekking experience that typically requires 2 - 4 days and is considered physically demanding.

The main highlight is the Segara Anak Crater Lake, which means Child of the Sea,situated at an altitude of approximately 2,000 meters. Within the lake, there is a smaller, active volcanic cone called Gunung Barujari. Nearby, there are natural hot springs where trekkers can soak to soothe tired muscles.

The Crater Rim at approximately 2,600 meters. is a popular campsite offering the most spectacular views, clearly showing Segara Anak Lake and the distant peaks. The challenge of conquering the summit combined with the reward of the scenery makes Rinjani a coveted destination for adventurers worldwide.
