Travel Tips
- Renting traditional Baba–Yaya costumes for photography is highly recommended, as it enhances the vintage atmosphere.
- If possible, listen to stories from the descendants or caretakers for deeper historical insight not found on information boards.
- Visit in the morning or late afternoon for soft lighting, ideal for indoor and wooden-structure photography.
- Bring an umbrella or raincoat, as Ranong is frequently rainy, even though the house has sheltered areas.
- Allow enough time to explore in detail, as each corner contains historical objects and stories worth appreciating beyond a quick walk-through.
