THe white fine sand is one of the famous here in its good to do some water activities and make some sport, snorkeling is good and island hopping.  less budget conscious tourists from Lower Myanmar. Still Ngwesaung has much to develop. Its choices for nightlife activities remain paltry, even by local standards.
