Phra That Chedi Chom Ping is a highly significant ancient stupa in Ko Kha District. Standing approximately 34 meters tall, the stupa is designed in the Lanna bell-shaped style, seamlessly blended with Burmese artistic influences. The structure is covered in radiant "Thong Jangko" gold leaf and sits atop a grand, multi-tiered indented square base. It enshrines Holy Relics of the Buddha, which, according to legend, miraculously appeared as nine relics in a glass casket. This monument symbolizes the spiritual heart and Buddhist miracles passed down from the era of Queen Chamadevi to the reign of King Tilokkarat.
