Viharn Luang Buraphachan 30 That is the principal and largest assembly hall of Wat Phra That Chom Ping, measuring 14.50 meters in width and 29 meters in length. While its original construction date is unrecorded, historical documents detail several major renovations, starting from the Lanna era in 1475 CE by Chao Phuen Dam Phet, through to the restoration led by Kruba Srivichai in 1927 CE. The name "30 That" refers to the 30 Perfections (Paramis) of the Buddha. The interior houses a majestic Lanna-style principal Buddha image and features intricate wood carvings and murals that reflect the historical collaboration between Lanna royalty and high-ranking officials in preserving Buddhism.
