This image shows a carved wooden plaque inside Wat Tham Phra Phutthasaiyat in Sakon Nakhon Province. It states that "Mrs. Tiam Dechphum and her children and grandchildren" jointly constructed this religious structure as a merit-making offering to "Mr. Anan Dechphum," and donated it on April 15, 1990, for religious use.
