The interior area of Muak Lek Arboretum is highlighted by clear streams flowing over complex rock formations, creating several tiers of small waterfalls whose rhythmic sounds provide a relaxing soundtrack throughout the nature study trails. Most of the space is enveloped by a dense canopy of towering trees that offer deep shade and maintain soil moisture, resulting in a significantly cooler microclimate inside than outside, even during the summer months. Furthermore, wooden bridges and riverside walkways are harmoniously integrated into the original landscape, allowing visitors to closely and safely access the scenic spots of riparian flora and enjoy the refreshing coolness of the stream.
