The Path to the Great Buddha
The main path leading to the Reclining Buddha (Nehanzo) is a gentle uphill walk through the lush forest of Nanzoin. After passing through the Seven Lucky Gods Tunnel, you will follow a scenic route lined with small shrines and greenery. The ticket office is located just before the entrance to the Great Buddha's plaza, where you can purchase tickets for the indoor prayer area or find information about the site.
