The geography of Kai Bae Beach stretches for about 2 kilometers and offers a diverse physical landscape. The northern part features a wide, fine sandy beach ideal for sunbathing and swimming. In contrast, the southern section is characterized by rocks interspersed with sand and iconic leaning coconut trees that curve toward the ocean, creating a classic tropical aesthetic. A rare highlight is the view of four small islets lined up off the coast: Koh Man Nok, Koh Man Nai, Koh Plee, and Koh Suwan. these islands act as natural breakwaters, keeping the water calm and exceptionally clear.

• From Ao Sapparot Pier: Take a white shared taxi waiting at the pier. The fare is approximately 80-100 THB. Ask to be dropped off at Kai Bae Beach.The journey takes about 40 minutes via a road with steep hills and sharp curves.

• By Private Car: Follow the main road toward White Sand Beach and keep driving south. Once you reach the Kai Bae community, you will find various beach access points through resorts and public alleys.

• Low Tide Timing: If you wish to walk across to Koh Man Nai, check the daily tide tables, as the sandbar is only visible for a few hours a day.

• Kayaking: It is best to kayak in the morning to avoid the strong sun or in the late afternoon to catch the sunset from the water.

• Safety: Always wear a life jacket when kayaking to Koh Man Nai, even if the water appears calm and shallow.

• Footwear: If walking on the sandbar, wear water shoes or sandals with straps, as some areas may have sharp stones or shells.
