• By Private Car: From Khao Lak, take Highway No. 4 (Phetkasem Road) north toward Takua Pa. When you reach the Bang Niang area, follow the sign on the left leading to the beach. Continue along the access road for a short distance to reach the shoreline.

• By Public Transport: Take a bus or minivan on the Phuket–Ranong route and get off near Bang Niang Market, then continue by local transport or walk to the beach.

• The best time to visit is late afternoon (from 16:30 onward) to enjoy the sunset and explore Bang Niang Market (open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday)

• Recommended activities include evening beach walks, enjoying fresh seafood at beachfront restaurants, and exploring the night market
