“Panoramic view from Pha Chamsean viewpoint overlooking the turquoise sea and scattered islands, Bua Bok Cave, pristine white sandy beach, kayaking and snorkeling opportunities.”
Ko Wua Ta Lap serves as the headquarters of Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park and hosts the visitor center. The island boasts a pristine white sandy beach perfect for swimming, kayaking, and relaxing under shady trees along the shoreline.
Nearby is the remarkable Bua Bok Cave, adorned with stalactites and stalagmites shaped like blooming lotus flowers, inviting safe exploration by visitors.
A 400-meter uphill trail leads to the Pha Chamsean viewpoint, the island’s highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic views of over 40 islands stretching across the clear blue sea. The trek usually takes about 30 minutes and rewards visitors with stunning landscapes.
The island is also home to the rare dusky leaf monkey, which visitors may be lucky enough to spot. In addition to hiking and wildlife watching, guests can enjoy water activities such as kayaking and snorkeling to discover vibrant coral reefs and marine life.
