Namtok Than Thong Is located in Ban Pha Tang, Mu 1, Tambon Pha Tang. This waterfall has its stream flowing along the rocky ground. There is a pond where visitors can swim.Tiers of small cascades line below for a distance of around 30 metres before merging with the Mekhong River. The time to visit when the waterfall holds plenty of water is between June and October.The surrounding area is an arboretum with a thick forest.

One of the most notable features of Namtok Than Thong is its multi-tiered cascades, which create a series of pools and smaller falls along the way. Each tier offers a different perspective and a chance to relax and soak in the tranquil surroundings. The crystal-clear water flowing down the rocks adds to the mesmerizing beauty of the waterfall.

To get there: From Amphoe Sangkhom, follow Highway No. 211 bound towards Amphoe Mueang Nong Khai for approximately 11 kilometres, the waterfall is on the left. Opposite the way to Wat Pha Tak Suea
