“There are two paths in the cave. Take the left for a cathedral-like cavern illuminated by a shaft of light and the right for a hall reputed to have been a shelter for prehistoric people.”
The cave is beneath a limestone hill with a stream flowing through narrow passages. The main attractions are beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. The Tham Load Nua is a large cavern with meandering passages longer than at the Tham Lod Tai. They are navigable only during low tide.
This cave also the home of swifts and bats,the two caves has a running water in beetwen, you can also climb at the mountain with full of magnificent view of stalactites and stalagmites.

- The caves can be reached by taking the Au Luk-Laem Sak route for about two kms. Then take a right turn to the Bo Tho pier then transfer to a rented boat along the Ta Prang canal. About ten minutes after passing a mangrove swamp will be the Tham Lod Tai
- Located at 6 kilometres from Than Bok Khorani National Park. To get there, proceed from Amphoe Aow Luek via Aow Luek - Laem Sak route for 2 kilometres. Turn right for Bo Tho Pier. Take a 15-minute long-tail boat ride along Khlong Tha Prang, which passes through the mangrove forests.Near Tham Phi Hua To about 300 meters.
