• Private Car (4WD): From Chiang Mai city, go up Doi Inthanon until the second checkpoint, then turn left toward Mae Chaem. The village entrance is a narrow dirt road; 4WD or pickup trucks are highly recommended.

• Public Transport: Take a songthaew from Chom Thong to Mae Chaem town, then hire a motorcycle taxi or a local villager to drive you to Pa Bong Piang Village.

• Pick-up Service: Most homestays offer a pickup service at a meeting point (such as Mae Pan Waterfall), which is the most convenient and safest method

• Best Visiting Season: Late September to October for lush green fields, and November for golden fields.

• Preparation: Bring a Power Bank for charging phones, a flashlight, insect repellent, and personal items as there are no convenience stores nearby.
