• From Chiang Mai city, take Highway No. 1317 (Chiang Mai–San Kamphaeng New Road) heading towards Mae On District, approximately 32 kilometers. Then follow the signs to San Kamphaeng Hot Springs. Before reaching the entrance to San Kamphaeng Hot Springs, you will find the sign for Rung Arun Hot Spring on the right. Turn right and drive for about 500 meters to reach the resort.

• Soak in the mineral water for approximately 15–20 minutes at a time, taking breaks, and drink enough water.

• Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pre-existing conditions should consult a doctor before soaking in the mineral water.

• Closely supervise children around the hot spring pools as the water temperature is very high.

• Morning or winter is the best time for atmosphere, with cool weather and beautiful steam visible.

• If you wish to use private mineral bath rooms or stay overnight, it is advisable to book in advance, especially during holidays and festivals.
