ออกจากตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่แต่เช้า ขับรถวิ่งออกทางทิศตะวันออก ชมงานศิลปะเลื่องชื่อ ร่มบ่อสร้าง มุ่งเข้าสู่อำเภอแม่ออนเที่ยวถ้ำแม่ออน ใช้เวลา 40-60 นาที ก่อนชิลๆต่อที่น้ำพุร้อนสันกำแพง เดินเล่นชมธรรมชาติ น่าใช้เวลา 60-90 นาที แวะทานอาหารกลางวัน บางท่านยังไม่จุใจอยากเก็บต่อ แช่น้ำร้อนที่น้ำพุร้อนรุ่งอรุณ (เสียค่าเข้า) แล้วมุ่งหน้าไป แม่กำปอง ระยะทาง 22 กม. ใช้เวลา น่าจะประมาณ 40 นาที เพราะเส้นทางเส็ก
