“Explore the largest model of 'New Theory Agriculture' in Chiang Rai. Admire the beauty of Oolong tea plantations terraced along the hills and learn about sustainable integrated farming that coexists harmoniously with nature.”

Singha Park Chiang Rai, also known as Boon Rawd Farm, is the largest agro-tourism destination in Chiang Rai, spanning over 8,000 rai (approx. 3,162 acres). The vast area is perfectly allocated for both agricultural production and world-class recreation. The site has evolved from a commercial crop plantation into a destination that seamlessly blends nature with educational tourism. The atmosphere is filled with the freshness of mulberry and Oolong tea plantations, neatly arranged in rows along the rolling hills.

In terms of land management, Singha Park is one of Thailand’s most complete models of integrated agriculture. The land is systematically divided to grow various crops, including seasonal cold-climate fruits, premium melon orchards, and organic vegetables delivered directly to top-tier kitchens and restaurants. The landscape design prioritizes the balance of the upstream ecosystem, featuring large reservoirs for agricultural projects that also provide moisture to the surrounding area, creating a habitat for various species of seasonally migratory birds.

Another fascinating highlight is the production process of Oolong Tea, the park's signature product. Visitors can witness every step, from tea plant care to the meticulous technique of hand-picking tea leaves. The interior also showcases modern agricultural methods focused on reducing chemical use and maximizing renewable resources to create safe, high-quality products for consumers. Touring the farm is therefore not just about the view, but about understanding the evolution of Thai agriculture toward international standards.

Furthermore, Singha Park serves as a green space that welcomes the surrounding community into its production chain, from local employment to transferring knowledge on growing new economic crops. Every part of the farm is filled with stories of pioneering spirit and the perseverance required to transform laterite soil into a green paradise. A visit here is like recharging your body with fresh air and your mind with the success of truly eco-friendly agriculture.
