“Fokwongsan Temple Khubon is an international Buddhist center in Bangkok combining beautiful Chinese architecture with a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for meditation and religious activities.”
Fokwongsan Temple Khubon is a branch of the Fo Guang Shan organization from Taiwan, which promotes Humanistic Buddhism—applying Buddhist teachings in everyday life with balance and compassion.
The temple features distinctive modern Chinese architecture blending beauty and serenity. The main buildings include the ubosot (ordination hall), meditation hall, and Dharma library, all intricately decorated. The large statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva stands majestically at the heart of the temple grounds.
Inside, the temple offers diverse activities suitable for all ages, such as Dharma classes, language lessons, and meditation workshops. There is also a tea house and Dharma bookstore providing a relaxing atmosphere, as well as garden spaces for peaceful contemplation.
