Located within Wat Tha Luang, Royal Monastery, this pavilion is a multi-purpose building central to Phichit's provincial ecclesiastical administration. Constructed in 1987 under the initiative of Phra Ratchawichit Moli (Luang Phor Bunmee Paripunno), the former Abbot and Provincial Ecclesiastical Head, it replaced an older, dilapidated sermon hall. Today, it serves as a venue for Sangha administrative meetings, major Buddhist merit-making ceremonies, and official provincial state functions.
