Minor Viharn and Ubosot Surroundings

Next to the main ordination hall of Wat Tha Luang sits a Minor Viharn, a beautiful applied Thai wooden pavilion. It is distinguished by intricate wood carvings on its pediments and corbels, showcasing high-quality local craftsmanship. The glass walls of the pavilion allow visitors to view the enshrined Buddha images within. The surrounding grounds are meticulously landscaped with lush green lawns and rounded topiaries that bring a sense of balance to the sacred site. The area also features a holy water station styled as a large stainless steel alms bowl decorated with Thai motifs, situated on a clean, spacious tiled plaza for the convenience of devotees.
