The shrine is an elegant two-story structure; the upper floor houses the sacred City Pillar, the spiritual center of Phichit, while the lower floor enshrines the statue of Phraya Kotrabong Devaraj, the legendary founder of the city. The surrounding architecture reflects applied Thai art, situated amidst a tranquil and shady arboretum.
