Prasat Baan Panna is an ancient Khmer religious site of the Arokayasala (hospital) type, primarily built using laterite in the "Bayon style". It comprises a square main prang (tower) and a front vihara (assembly hall), enclosed by a surrounding wall and a moat. It is believed to have been constructed in the 18th Buddhist century to function as a hospital during the reign of King Jayavarman VII.
