Prasat Baan Panna in Sakon Nakhon Province is an ancient Khmer religious site, designed in the style of an Arokayasala, or hospital, dating back to the reign of King Jayavarman VII. It features a main prang (tower), a library, a vihara (assembly hall), and a surrounding laterite wall. Beyond the walls, a pond edged with laterite stones reflects traditional beliefs. The site has been beautifully restored and now serves as an important historical learning center in the area.
