Koh Kred

Wat Ku

Wat Ku is the place where the royal barge of Queen Sunanda Kumari Ratana, the consort of King Rama V, was involved in a tragic boat accident that led to her death. The temple is a Mon-style temple featuring a large reclining Buddha image.

Wat Paramaiyikawat

The ordination hall features mural paintings in a contemporary Thai style, with doors and windows decorated with intricate stucco patterns painted in color. The surrounding boundary wall is adorned with beautifully detailed ornamental designs.

The Mon people refer to this temple as “Phya To” (Peahto)
