Agyo (The Right Guardian)
Standing on the right side of the gate is Agyo, also known as Misshaku Kongo. He is depicted with an open mouth, forming the sound "A," which represents the first breath of life and the beginning of the universe.
His dynamic posture reflects outward explosive power. With bulging muscles and a fierce glare, he serves as the active protector who scares away evil spirits and shields the temple from external threats.
