วิธีเดินทาง

การเตรียมตัวเข้าถ้ำ
1) ชุดเดินป่า, รองเท้าเดินป่า, กางเกงขายาว (ระบายลมได้ดี), ถุงมือ จับราวบรรได หรือเชือก (บางช่วง), หมวกกันแดด
2) ยาประจำตัว, ยาแก้ปวดเมื่อย ยาดม
3) แบตสำรอง (power bank)
4) น้ำดื่ม 2 ขวด, อาหารทานง่ายๆ แนะนำ ข้าวปั้น แซนด์วิช (ร้านสะดวกซื้อ), หมู่ปิ้งข้าวเหนียว ฯลฯ
5) สัมภาระแบกเป้-บางอย่างฝากไกด์ท้องถิ่นได้, ไกด์จะมีฟัด ค่อยบริการ และเครื่องดื่มเย็นในเป้ของไกด์

8) วอล์มอับ ยืดเส้นยืดสาย คลายกล้ามเนื้อก่อน ลุยเดินทางยาว
