Wat Si Chum

This lies about 1,500 meters north of Wat Mahathat and was originally surrounded by a moat. A square mondop which is the main sanctuary, contains a monumental stucco-over-brick Buddha image in the attitude of Subduing Mara called 'Phra Achana.' which is 11.30 meters width.

The royal palace lies in the center of the town and covers an area of 160,000 square meters. Wat Chang Lom Sukhothai

Located to the north of Chotwithithong Road with a bell-shaped chedi of Ceylonese influence standing as the center. The chedi is situated on a 3-tiered square base with a platform decorated with a row of elephants seen by their front halves supporting the round chedi.

Sawankhaworanayhok National Meseum

It is 38 kilometers from Sukhothai and 2 kilometers further on a road on the left.
