Phra That Si Song Rak
Phra That Si Song Rak stands out for its historical significance as a symbol of Thai-Lao friendship. The stupa is a white, bell-shaped structure situated on a hill, surrounded by a protective wall. It is revered by both local Thai people and the Lao communities across the Mekong River. The stupa is also considered the guardian of those born in the Year of the Goat (Mae).





Wat Nermmit Vipassana
The temple’s large Thai-style ubosot and brick pagoda are exceptionally ornate, setting it apart from other temples. The museum is a cultural hub that comprehensively presents the history and beliefs of the Phi Ta Khon tradition. It is notable for its collection of Phi Ta Khon masks in various forms. The museum building is an old wooden structure within Wat Phon Chai. Demonstrations of mask-making are offered, and visitors can try on Phi Ta Khon costumes.
